[I hope this is the right place to post this!]
As the title says, the rubber tip on the left control stick has become loose - so it spins around completely detached from the stick itself!
Does anyone know a way to fix this? Cheers ![]()

This happened to one of my mates. I'd never heard of it before. Can it not be glued?

I'm not sure it is glueable, given the surfaces to be glues are somewhat inaccessible, provided I'm understanding this correctly.
Anyway, OP, I can't say I've ever used this site but a quick google gave me this:
Any good?

Same thing happened to me. I was going to cut the rubber and glue it from the hole, but I couldn't get myself to do it ![]()

For the blank text thingy get shot of Internet explorer and use a decent browser.
On topic, there are plenty of disassembly guides on youtube. Sticks are rather easy to replace actually. You may as well have a go if you're struggling to use the controller.
That said though if you glue it first and find that you don't need to replace it then you'll have saved yourself some hassle. If you find you still need to fix it your back at square one. Its not like you can lose anything.

After months of searching for a solution to the very same problem, I have found possibly an answer.
I have just installed a new cap on a bare thumbstick, ie: rubber cap missing completely. So far they have been comfortable to use and solid in position on the stick, was playing Bulletstorm with it, so far all is well.

Get the (Don't laugh): WII nunchuck for bare thumbsticks.
Hope this helps.
