I have my current account using Singapore as my country... i have a $10 in my wallet..

some of the things are not available and i want to buy from US Store...

can i edit my account and change Singapore to USA??

how about the money in my wallet... is it transferable...?? please provide step-by-step instructions.. Thanks!

ohh.. shoot... then i just wasted a $10 to my account ... the Singaopre PS Store is useless... very few songs of rock bands are available... so can i just create a new account with US regions? and if i can.... how to create a new one and how to login to my ps3? Cos there was once i tried it says you cannot login with another user-ID (WTH.. its my PS3 i can do anything i want )

and secondly... i purchased a song with my previous account lets say i want to finish that 10 bucks buying song and wont using that account anymore... is the song that i just purchased with the previos account can still be in my PS3 system or just wasted?
