If you compare trophies with somebody you will notice that your 100% has gone down to 57% but just a few minutes ago they have added the trophies into them. There are 73 in total now.

Erm not sure about both tbh lol, Well the GOTY comes 31/10 so if it does come onto the ps store then anytime soon tbh and I don't think it will work with the GOTY it didn't when the Oblivion GOTY came out but it may do i'm not sure.

The saves for regular Oblivion worked with GOTY Oblivion. Hopefully it'll be the same case here.

Yes. DLC trophies and any other added trophies after launch are never needed for the platinum trophy.
