Yeah well basicly I bought a pack through the psn store, a jumbo pack to be precise. And well it said we are expiriencing problems with the store, it took my money and did not give me the pack, i contacted ea and they said it has nothing to do with them, it was something to do with PSN so, what do i do?

You sure it's not in your download list?

Go to account management then transactions and then download list.

Wasn't this the problem that Watchdog were going on about?

People paying for stuff on Fifa 12 on both Xbox and PS3 but not getting their content.

No, the report on Watchdog was about disconnection, games being marked as lost even though you won and EA servers acting up.
