 I hate to be negative but what if they end up not selling Max Payne 3 as well? Then you'll be in and out of the store every 5 minutes changing your preorder

You should be entitled to your money back. Especially when they stated that they would dish out refunds to everyone affected

got kinect adventures for 49p I got some games fro my son (8 in all)  whats scary is that even at the discounted prices I just couldnt bring myself to buy some of them. :/

Just had a look on Gameplay .co.uk and they have merged with Gamestation, is that anything to do with Game apparently going bust?

no, its to do with not being an important part of the company for a few years now. It's been known to be merged with Gamestations sit for a while now.

If there are some bargains to be had that I don't own yet, will definitely have to Pop to game this weekend. Otherwise will just end up using the usual Online sites.

It's a shame if Game do go belly up, because they have always been reliable for postage and some of there Special/Collectors editions that they received had some good extras.

Just hope they do stay and have a rethink on there sales strategy, but if the reports of Fire Sales is anything to go on, is this the end of Game or the Beginning of something else??

Just been in Game for a quick look around. Bought L.A. Noire for £5 (used my reward points on top)

LIstening to the staff was hilarious! They were telling obviously clueless parents that certain games were rare like MX vs ATV. The person on the till was relentless is her sales pitch, asking about trade ins, accessories, Loyalty card, trying to sell a vita, psn credit etc.

They even asked if I wanted to pre order anything! I can't remember the last time bought a new game from Game and I'm even less likely to do it now...

I don't see how they can save them self's without EA titles/Capcom Titles and Nintendo Titles. The fire sale may help but I can't see it.
