You need to manually refresh your trophycard on http://uk.playstation.com

Was just gunna edit me post funnily enough, i tried it earlier (several times, refreshing ID - changing it through PSN) and it didn't work so i just went into My Portable ID and changed the Theme around and back again.

Cheers though.

Basically, keep fiddling with it, and your PSN profile and eventually it'll update
