I think tricky and SSX3 (for me) struck a chord with so many people.

3 is in my top 5 games of all time so, this is like... well i can't wait.  I think because there hasn't been one for ages helps it. i played on tour, and blur, but wasn't that enamoured with them, but this looks freaking amazing.  Also 9 mountains. I lost my self for about a year playing ssx3 on one mountain, used to fire her up if i was bored just spend 30 odd minutes going from top to bottom. 9 mountains! it could seal my fate as a slowly fattening and bald man who just looked liked he had a pot noodle and a tommy tank.

SSX has been penny for penny the best value gaming experience ever in our family. Can't wait for the next instalment! Looks superb. Kids and 'im indoors are as excited as I am to get their mitts on it.

Never played any previous games, but it looks like a standard snowboarding game... dont see why theres so much hype.

I'll play the demo if there is one, but £40 for a snowboarding game.. i'll pass..

unless someone can enlighten me?

I'm giddy aswell, it'll be great to play some SSX again after a few years away from it. Just a month to go.

Bah !! , you only said that to get a rise out of us , its not going to work i tell thee !! , you and your ssx mockery! lol :-)

I shall enlighten you , these games are very deep for sports games , and they have always had a brilliant soundtrack , (even the radio big chatter was'nt too annoying in ssx3) ,and the beauty of the tricks is lovely , especialy as you glide across the sky holding a trick as the music fades out and you hear the whistle of the wind and then..BLAM.. you hit the powder and the music comes thumping back in ...!!! oh....deep joy.... .

Once you get in to ssx , its VERY addictive.

But thats just my opinion , no?
