TBH, the God of War 3 trailer isn't as good as i was expecting. I expected to be stunned by awesome graphics but they aren't even close. One trailer that did stun me though was the Uncharted 2 trailer, that WAS amazing.

Poor Sony cant win, show a target render (Killzone 2) and they get slated, show some old code of a game (GoW 3), they get slated.

The most likely won't show us its best till closer to its release, they don't want it to upstage games like Killzone 2 and uncharted 2 - do they?

Even the franchise director thought it looked a little crappy. I agree, it should look a lot better.

Well it's their first PS3 game, isn't it?  It's not like they're gonna blow GOW2 out of the water just like that.

I can see no confusion arising over the coming months regarding the abbreviation GOW. Because no-one will confuse it with gears of war, as is it's standard abbreviation to date.

thing is people have been saying it looked like CGI for months now "This is taken from a number of inside sources, and it's even said that GoWIII actually looks a lot like "Beowulf," the CGI blockbuster movie".

sorry but that did not look like CGI not even close and do say this is an old build because that was said 5 months ago and that build they showed will not be that old. it does not look bad but it does not live up to this hype at all.
