Common speculation so far is it will be Los Santos and set in the 90's.... As much as I'd like a return to Vice City, ditching the entire San Andreas state and focusing on the Los Angeles city could work for me...

LOL... except L.A Noire was a sort of accurate representation of a segment of L.A... whereas Los Santos would have to be inspired by L.A rather than actually it... The good thing about the GTAIV Liberty was that it had a lot of really obvious NYC references without being a mirror of the city.. (The GTAIII Liberty not quite so)
