Yea i just purchased my ps3 the beginning of march and im already wishing i invested in an xbox 360. I bought the killzone bundle ps3 whixh came with a Beta code for early access to Socom that didnt even work. I end up contacting sony 1800 - but they referred me to Socoms website.. that was a pain, what ever i ended up getting to play Via psn store like most ppl...
Now morning PSN went down, i didnt no at the time i went and purchased DC universe online, i get home open it up, pop it in and wow nope, i cant even return it now because its opened. Now PSN is back up and still cant play my 60 game bc it needs to be activated..this ***** blows, i could have done wonders with that 60 or whatever.
As NEW customer sony your terrible...

Ooh i even purchased your PSPgo only to find out its being discontinued nice more money i wasted. then i found out that customers thast purchased the pspgo in the uk got few games with thier purchase and so did u.s residents.

I hate you.

its not fair, you think money grows on tree? i invested in your products for what? if i could hack id invade your ***** again!

They have given someone a job and said if it happens again we can blame this guy, we didnt have this guy working for us before, so who can we blame? This was actually asked of them by the FCC and other US goverment agencies and they said it should have been in place already.

Kaz didnt accept responsibility, he merely apologised and said what was happeneing, and the head of sony wont shoulder the blame either.

If sony thefore try to sack anyone else in the company, that person can then use the same excuse. "but it wasnt my job".

In the long run, this will hurt sony. Kaz is second in line to take over sony and the stock market sees him as poison. The ps3 & psn were seen as sonys healthy sections as every other section struggles (tv/phone/audio etc) and now they are poison, do you really want your phone and tv to be needlsy assosiated with psn?

All the time companys like samsung beat them in the tv market, Htc in the phone market, and now microsoft will probably dominate in the game market.

Infact sony still claim its not their fault, and they havent given the average gamer reason to trust them again.
