Hello,

 

Will this 1TB 2.5 inch SATA hard drive be able to go in my slim Playstation 3 as an internal replacment?

Says "Product Dimensions: 10 x 7 x 0.9 cm", so yeah, it should fit. Some hard drives have a height of 1.25cm or so and won't fit, but the 0.95cm drives do.
All signatures sucks, especially those with images in them.

Yes it'll work i have the same drive in my 40GB phat model. All PS3 drive specs are the same across phat or slim models.
