I use to play through alot at different times but now I'm more regimented. 

I have 1 game I play all week (Mon- Fri ) as part of a completion list I've created. It's usually a medium to large game that will take time to complete and has it's fair amount of main game time and side missions etc.  It's usually very single player minded game and full on content, not to over sized but enough for a few weeks for it to be finished.  Games such as 

GTA IV

Red Dead Redemption 

Deus Ex - Human Revoution

Far Cry 2 

Infamous

Assassins Creed, II, Brotherhood, Revelations

The weekends I pick a game that is great just for dipping into such as a small PSN game either is short or a game that has no story such as sports game. I also take the weekends to chip away at massive games that I will never probably complete like Skyrim. Games like 

Deathspank

Fifa 12

TES- Skyrim

GT- 5

Hustle Kings

Wipeout HD + Fury Pack

BF 3- MP

Fallout- New Vegas

I'm currently almost about to finish RDR as part of my weekday gaming and this weekend I fired up Wipeout HD + Fury pack as a great lazy weekend game.

1 game at a time. It's why at the moment I'm not really playing anything, there's nothing new out that attracts me. Haven't really bought any games since February, and those were only PS Vita games, and I've sold all that, so I don't really have anything to play xD

Usually one at a time, with the exception being any sports games.
There's only so much of, for example, FIFA I can go through in one day.

I usually play part of a game then move onto another game when I get bored.

I have difficulty sticking to one game. I find it hard to complete games.

Depends on the type of game.

I wouldn't be able to play two similar games at the same time, differences in controls would be annoying. So, CoD/Battlefield, GTA/Saints Row, Fifa/Pro Evo etc... I wouldn't play any of those at the same time.

I don't really play two single player games at the same time, though I might play something like Sleeping Dogs alongside Fifa.

I try to do them one at a time for the most part.  Some I abondon part way through when I get a hold of a game I'm more keen to play though.
