Follow these steps via:

  1. PC - Windows Media Player - Stream menu - tick [Allow remote control of my player] & [Automatically allow media devices to my player...
 2. PS3 - Settings - Network Settings Media Server Connection - tick [Enabled]

@ Graphite - First thing to ask. How do you have so many TV services listed on your PS3? Are they added through services from PS3 Media Server? I see the usual UK stuff and Ireland stuff, Polish stuff, American stuff.

[ Edited ]

you can access NON UK content.

By creating new PS3 Users (not PSN ID with out signing up to PSN.)

Some of it is ISP blocked, others like Irelands and Poland is not ISP blocked.

(I just have not deleted the IP blocked yet)

you dont need a Mediaserver.

Spoiler

Create a New PS3 user

Now Move to the PSN store.

Fill in the details of which PSN store you wish to veiw say AU. You are not signing up to any thing. you are just selecting which store location content. you want to view and what age related content you want to see as a preview.

Now leave the store.

Now before you delete the new PS3 user go back in and move over to the my channels section.

Wait and Wait

New bookmarks to choose from will slowly load. Add bookmarks.

Delete New PS3 user.

Repeat for other countries. For other bookmarks for foreign language that you know.

Germany Sub title a few English shows if your up for a laugh..
