Depending where the console is coming from can determine the length of time that it takes to get looked at, replaced & returned.

If you call the support centre with your reference number or email address I am sure one of the friendly staff will be able to assist you further in your query.

OK I have received the PS3 today, but it is the same old PS3 fat version. I was told on the phone I would get the slim version.. ***** I didn't even know they made PS3 fats any more..

They don't make the old PS3s any more. You probably got a refurbished machine.

Hi Renze,

If the customer specifically asked for repair he or she would get the exact same machine back and it takes longer than if they were getting an exchange.
