Qwerty, anything by Pixeljunk is pretty good fun, and bound to take up a bit of your spare time. They were on special recently, but I'm not sure what they are now - they usually are around the $10 mark. There's heaps of demos on there, depending on your familys' internet quota you should be able to get a couple and see what you think.

I've actually got $24.90 on PS Store. I have seen the PixelJunk games, and I've also been downloading some demos. I was thinking of getting a mini called Canabalt, some DLC for LBP2, and Crash Bandicoot 2. Crash Bandicoot was the first game I ever played as well as Spyro. Other than that I was going to get Pac-Man Championship or whatever its called and Galaga Leigons. What do you guys think of those games? I can't get both, so its one or the other.

I myself would get Galaga cuz I love the old skool top/side scrolling shooters....Rtype on the Mega Drive was probably my favourite, I'd love to see an HD version on PS store.

As for Pacman, I was never really interested in it....chasing dots around didn't really appeal to me.

Yeah, my parents really like Galaga, I'm not sure what they would think of the new version, but I seem to be the only one in my family that likes Pac-Man. We bought a Plug in and Play controller thing that came with all the classic games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and Super Mario. I'll try out the demos for both the games, then I'll decide. To get both of them in a pack it's $21 or so I think. That'll leave me $3 so I can get a mini as well or something

Yeah, I had a look at that, but I noticed it was free on PS Plus, so I didn't get just in case I was to get PS Plus anytime soon (very unlikely). Also, in my previous post I said that the Namco Generations Bundle (Pac-Man and Galaga) was $21. I was wrong. It's actually $23.95, which will leave me with 95 cents. That could be enough to buy an avatar or something. I try to be smart with my money and get the most out of the money I have and what I'm buying.

When you join PS+ you don't get the option to back buy older offers, just the new ones. So if you've joined after MM was offered as a freebie, it won't show in your available games.

Yeah, I know you can't buy older offers, just saying that if I got it in this month I would get all the free stuff. Although, heres a question about PS+. Once you buy a free or discounted game, do you get to keep and play that game even after your PS+ expires?
