You should ring Sony Support, (or get a parent or guardian to ring on your behalf).

I did call them And they say the would get backing in a week. But how do I get my psn back now?

If you'd like to access PSN in the meantime, without the account you're talking about in this thread, you can set up a new account.

When creating an account, it will ask you for DOB, Country and Language - if you're under 18, it will then prompt you to enter in user/pass for a Master Account.

This will be held (or need to be made) by your Parent / Guardian.

No, a Master account has to exist on the same console as the sub account. It also has to be somebody who can be legally responsible for your actions.

Embarrassed I guess I'll get my big brother account as a marster account but how will I put my trothies on my new account?

You can't. Trophies are tied to the PSN account of the user they were won with. If you create a new account, it will have no trophies. They are not transferable.

Honestly, I see this as you paying the price for lying when you created your PSN account in the first place. Dishonesty gets the rewards it earns.
