I just bought LBP2 from the PS Store but it's unable to download. The payment has gone through but when I select download it says "this software has already been purchased. Press download to download it" Well, I did and it didn't. I can't even try to begin the download from my download history list as when I try to get there it gives me an error (80023102) Googled that error code and it seems it's a payment issue. But my payment was accepted, the funds have gone from my PSN wallet and the PS Store is telling me that I have "already purchased this software" I've tried resetting my router and turning my PS3 off and on again, in case they were somehow causing the issue, but the problem is still unresolved. I'm unable to download anything from the PS Store, free, charged or already purchased. I noticed that PSN was undergoing maintenance last night, but I'm assuming that's over otherwise I wouldn't have been able to access the PS Store at all. So that can't be the problem. Has anybody had this issue and managed to resolve it? Feeling like I've just been mugged for £20. Not cool.

Nevermind let this thread die. Just found out it's Sony breaking stuff again.

I have exactly this problem too and it infuriates me. Especially because I can't play UC3 multiplayer without my Network Pass which won't download now.

It seems to be an issue affecting wider services and not just PSN (SEN...) which I guess is understandable given the pretty unified structure.

I rented Tinker Tailor from Video Unlimited via my Bravia last night, the payment went through and whenever I attempt to stream it I just get a short error message. I expected it to be fixed by this morning

I'm having same problem.

Rented Super 8 abt 15 mins ago and i cant access it as it wont let me download it.

Download list is empty(for some stupid reason) and im getting the same error code,80023102.

***** is happening abt this,does Sony know abt it and are they trying to fix this??

Theyve taken the money but no product is available to me!!!!!

I understand that it's inconvenient but as far as I know they're working on it and CS will have a record of your transactions so if you give them a bell they'll make sure you're not out of pocket.
