hi, i've downloaded LBP2 as part of PS+ free game. i did used to have this when it first came out, completed it etc..so i know how it works.

Now, in the pod , online and create level menus are crossed out. is this because its a ps+ digital version? i can't be bothered playing the story again but it seems like thats all i can do?

Anyone else have this?

Don't you have to play a little of the story first to unlock them modes?

I can't remember, I've just watched my kids play in the past and had the odd go myself.

ye..kinda rings a bell. its just, when i first i got it playng the story was learning the game etc. so it eas fun. now, i just wanna go make levels again...i know i dont have all the items now either, humphhh...lol, guess id have to play the story again. or delete the game - i wanted to try out the new Vita controller game play aswel...ahwel

I am able to access all that stuff but I jumped straight into the story after I first downloaded it.
I've done all the first island which I suppose is just extended training.

Yea, I've just been getting the kids to bed and they said you have to complete the first act to unlock the create mode.

If you still have the disk you can export your save from that version into the downloaded version, if not you'll have to play through the first few story levels again.
