Assassins creed brotherhood n Nfs hot pursuit were dispatched from Play.com on the 16th n 17th of this month n 4 the 1st time i walk through my front door @ 2;:45pm 2 see no games have been recieved! ; (

 Any1 else order from Play.com n have the same problem i did?Had a read through the tearms on not recieving the goods n ill have 2 wait 21 days b4 getting a full refund! ; (

Ye my Assassin's has not arrived, it was dispatched on the 17th. but my mate who lives just up the road arrived today and his got dispatched on the 17th.

i orderd AC:B from play as well seen nothing but complaints about them -_-" u preorder games so they come the day its out not the day after defo not the week after, yet others have said they have got theirs from play this morning which is annoying

They can hardly be blamed for problems with Royal Mail.

I pre-orderded the Buzz Ultimate Music Quiz from them 2 months before it was released.  I ended up getting it 7 days after it was released.  They didn't even send it out until the day after it was released... not impressed.

I ordered Batman Arkham Asylum from them last saturday and it was dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Thursday.

It says 3-5 days so you still have another 2 days to go.

sounds like royal mail... however if you wanted for day of release, the only real guaranteed way to get it is to go to the shop. I have pre-ordered a blu-ray from play.com and it came out on a Monday, I got it the Friday before

I have changed from play.com to game, as games where showing as being dispatched yet taking longer then they use too, to arrive. Fifa11 came a day late, so i switched to game.

Got a reward card and ordered Black ops, it came the day before release That use to be what play.com was like but the last few games i have ordered have been late. They seem to be less reliable than they use to be.

My games from Game come via royal mail so there can be no blaming them.

i use ShopTo the majority of the time and never had any problems with their deliveries/service

WHY OH WHY do people use play.com for pre orders still!?
they are a joke. you can't trust them.
Use GAME or SHOPTO. they are good and also cheaper.
