What's the point. Sony already have ModNation Racing. Little Big Planet will be exactly the same thing, just with sackboys instead of the other childish things. Really can't see both of them staying around.

Also, this sounds like a DLC pack than a stand alone game. Why not Little Big Karting so it has an affiliation with the main game series, but not too much so it seems like it is its own game.

But you can already kind of do this in Little Big Planet. So what's the point in making an entire game dedicated to it. This should just be a dlc pack or an add-on if it is what it sounds like.

Also, who's working on this? I thought Media Molecule stopped working on LBP games.

It is rumored that UFG (they made modnation racers) are working on this. Essentially, MNR is no more and LBP Karting is set to take its place. It supports the new move add-on thing that looks like a steering wheel. I don't know why they dont just glue a wii on top of the ps3 tbh.

There has been quite a bit of negative press and feelings towards this, but I am actually fairly excited about this.

Sony should just do a "PlayStation Heroes" carting game and include everyone from Ratchet & Clank, Nathan Drake and Sackboy to Kratos, Hellgahst and Chimera.
