i have posted this in technical help forums before, but it didnt get me anywhere.
maybe i get more succes here?
original post:
Hello, mates.
I'm looking for a cable that i used to use for streaming my ps3 gameplay on justin.tv
now, for some reason this cable seems to be broken, even tho i didnt touch it since last time.
hence this fact, im now looking for a new one to buy.
i would describe it as a T-like wire where one end gets plugged into the ps3 (not the HD output, but the standart quality sound and video output) and now theres 2 other ends.
one has the Yellow - White - Red plugs and the other end is the standart SCART, which goes into my tv.
now i dont have a clue what this type of wire could be named or how much i should expect to pay for it (i got my current one from some random 3rd party ps2 starter kit waay back)
so i would be pleased if anyone of you know what i am talking about and can help me out, maybe find a good link for me or something.
thanks a lot in advance.
cheers

this is pretty much what i'm looking for.
thanks for that link.
but i got a few more questions.
the plug that goes into the ps3, why does it have 2 outputs?
is there a switch on it? if yes, what are the 2 outputs exactly?
and: is there something like this, except as HDMI-cable?
replacing the ps3-plug and scart plug with HDMI-plugs, but leaving the RGB where they are at this one?
and yes, i do use all of the chords.
one comes out of my ps3, the RBG will be linked with my usb-grabber, which will then be linked to my laptop/pc and the scart that goes in my tv, so i can play on my standart tv.
this way i dont have to play on the little preview window from the laptop and i dont have any latency either.
