OPINION


Even moderators would of hated the PS3 when it had the downtime, whilst the mangement & Technicians were busy trying to sort it out, but yet it's only the moderators that keep us in the know, even when they only know as much as we do. I think the moderators did a good job in notifying and comforting people through the tough times of no PlayStation Network. If I had a choice who would tend to my sick dog it would be a moderator, than someone from Sony management or even a vet in some situations.
