Hey guy,

just wanted ur opinion, I currently have Mafia 2 on pre-order at GAME it is the special edition version not the collectors edition, it includes 2 DLC packs (Made man pack & Greaser pack), a printed map and a exclusive box art. I saw today that when you pre-order the normal editon of Mafia 2 from HMV you get the War hero DLC pack but you also get the movie Public Enemies on Blu-Ray.

So my question is, should I get it from GAME or HMV??

I did'nt rate Public Enemies myself, found it boring. If they're both the same price I'd go with the GAME offer.

Well that's the point mate i can't decide at the moment, so i wanted other gamers views.

Really didn't enjoy Public Enemies. The whole thing felt ridiculously dry. If you're interested in it, grab the book. If not, avoid the film and go for the game from...Game. Seems a better deal.

I just cancelled my HMV order and pre-ordered it from Amazon.co.uk for £31.99.

I heard that Public Enemies is pretty dire, and baring in mind there's an £8 difference, I figured I could probably buy the BD for that amount. There's exclusive DLC with the amazon set too, and if this game really struggles with framerate and screen tearing, the less I pay for it the better, IMHO.

Public Enemies is nothing to get particularly excited about.

To be honest, most retailer exclusive offers are usually pretty lackluster - just get it from whoever's selling it the cheapest.
