Erm.....nothing that you just said makes any sense...
Let me brake it diwn for you. All the "phat" ps3s are Prone to breaking. Mine broke midway through red dead redemption. The fact that "your mates" broke after an update is pure coincidence!
And im sorry but thats just the way it is!
I understand that but my point about a coincidence is that, if it happes a lot, to many people it is no longer a coincidence.
A coincidence is an event notable for its occurring in conjunction with other conditions, e.g. another event. As such, a coincidence occurs when something uncanny, accidental and unexpected happens.
To say i am not making sense is WRONG !
And what is diwn ?

"diwn" is a typo. ment to say "down"
i am well aware of the definition of a coincidence, but im afraid that is all it is! To say you are not making sense isnt wrong, because in your previous 2 posts i didnt understand a word of what you were saying.
the only way an update could possibly have bricked your console is during the download process itself if the console was overheating, but thats not the fault of the update, just the console.
If the update was responsible for bricking 1 console, then several more consoles would be affected at the same time....and frankly you are the only one on here claiming this is the problem.
and it doesnt happen in this way to "many people". and 1 maybe 2 people claim an update has bricked their console every time there is a new update, that IS coincidence!!!

I am sorry but a do not agree with you, i have also read my last posts and i understand them fine, first of all it is not my console that died and the internet if full of people who complained about a failure after a forced update, to say i am the only one on here is crazy.
At least 8 of my friends with original 60gb units all had failures after update, i understand the reasons units failed but i strongly disagree that units failing after an update is a coincidence.
