brushed the dust off this and played it again recently

This was truly both an original and inspiring new title, but it also felt like it wasnt quite finished somehow

Bring on 2 and sooner the better, he say.

I think you will find the sales of the first one were very good, and a trilogy has already been confirmed

has been news awhile ago that a small team is working on mirriors edge 2

I agree that Mirrors Edge seemed very unfished to me too....like they had a great original idea and didnt quite know where to go with it. I had a love hate relationship with it...I wanted to love it so much, I really did but in teh end I ended up hating it, the story and characters were just so disapointing. If they do indeed make a 2nd game they really need to think hard about what they are gonna do...they need to expand on the idea rather than just run away from the bullets type of game paly. Make it more open plan, maybe throw in a few puzzles and I might look at it.

I hated how that dude died who helped you, that sucked. I've just ordered the game again to play on it, can't wait. One thing is for sure, the soundtrack and gameplay was awesome. Guns didn't really work well but I sure hope that Mirror's Edge 2 isn't too far away!

I F'ing love Mirror's Edge!

It's my favourite game, it was just so breathtaking breezing through the city and seeing the amazing surrounds right around you. It reminds me of the type of original games that were pulled out in the PS1 days, it's fresh and every single moment of the game is memorable. Even though it's quite a short game it's easily my most played PS3 game, playing through the chapters, doing speedruns and time trials never becomes old for me. I've got 100% of the trophies including the DLC ones and I've just recently got 99 time trial stars, yet I'm still going back to it to beat records and play through chapters again. That's the Mirror's Edge addiction I have people!

Come on Mirror's Edge 2! It's my most anticipated game like, ever! And in the meantime I'll be playing Mirror's Edge.
