Modern Warfare 2 Veteran Edition announced i know what your thinking...

The set includes the hardened edition of the game, which comes with an artbook, a digital code to download Call of Duty Classic, and a SteelBook case, as well as a unique gift box and a Captain Soap MacTavish ultra-premium ARTFX statue. The statue stands 12 inches tall, and depicts MacTavish in snow camouflage seen in the Cliffhanger mission of the game. All for £119.99 :smileysurprised:

Another money making opportunity for me. It should only be £70.

yeah did you think i don't really care, because i don't. There are far better games coming out in the next six months to bother about yet another cod game.

(but tbf i may give it go when it gets to the bargain bin or comes down a bit in price)

If you don't try you can't fail but then you can't win either.

Really who do Activision think they are.

Any other game when it gets released with a statue and book bump the price up to about £59.99

but Activsion go the whole hog and bump it up £80.

It should be illegal for them to make games. They truly are a disgrace :Shame:

What is the point in having a signature?

You don't have to buy it...

They are selling it because it is such a popular game that people really will buy this, can you blame them for charging as much as they can?

If people will buy it for that price, why is it so bad for them to sell it at that price?

Spot on, anything else bundled with a game is just a waste of money. An artbook and a figure whopp de dooo.

I agree, i'll be getting the "bog standard edition" too, but I don't have a problem with Activision creating these editions if there are people willing to pay for them.
