They can change names.

He could be using a japanese account, and has just changed the name that he is viewed as. Go to his profile, and look for his PSN ID; do you see StuartDuncan- listed twice or once, with some other name underneath?

As long as you didn't tell a talking moose online your password and credit card details, you should be fine! Report him anyway, and change your password.

If he has a Japan account he can do it, as they can change their ID to anything they want.

Also, the same PSN cannot be online at the same time.

He lying, he wouldnt be able to log on your account and message you while you are on it. He is using a Japanese account, where you can change your screen name to wat you want.
