what you need to do is to buy a new vita and setup a new account.  go round to the dudes house and activate your near application and wait.

hopefully he will login with your account and start buying stuff™ or playing your games and earning you some trophies. 

maybe if he has downloaded skype you could setup a fake skype account and skype him and ask for it back.  (if he is still using your PSN account)

thankfully you locked your vita with the screenlock and set a passcode and he will see that trying to crack the code is futile and give it back with an apology.

thanks for the reply guys ive reported it to the police and will get in contact with sony, i know my ex pal would of sold it on there is no way of him giving it back, so hopefully if its been sold when that person goes online then sony will be able to get in contact with the police.

I'm with McNeilio on this. if you don't teach him a lesson then he/she will probably do the same to someone else again in the future. A mallet to the knuckles and knees for starters.

well im with both you guys on this but then ill be done for gbh so only way to deal with this is do this he wont be doing it to anyone, because it seems hes been doing it to a few of some of our mates too, so the way hes going he's gonna end up inside.
