New 250gb slim. One constant ringing noise

Hi, I've just bought a new ps3 due to my 60gb getting Ylod. Now I have a ps3 slim, but the thing makes a high pitched ringing noise. Only way to describe it, is like the ring noise from a flash bang in call of duty. Constantly. Now is this known to be present in all slims? Or do I have a dodgy one? Thanks

Oh sounds like you have a duffer, i bought a duffer as well it would freeze and alot and audio would judder. Went back to game and they swapped it over for a new one and not had a single problem so far :Thumbs:
