Hey guys, bit puzzling really...

Bought a new headset on Saturday from GAME, one of the new Official Sony one's, and it has been working fine Sat - Mon but for some reason today it won't even turn on? Thinking that it had run out of battery, i've left it on charge until it stopped flashing red, but now that it has stopped it still won't turn on...?

Really weird, and can't find any suggestions online via Google - can anyone recommend anything before I have to take it back?

i ordered mine from play.com then it got delayed

then after they deliverd it to my uncle but he was sleeping

so they sent it to the post office for my uncle to collect

Same problem here. It worked fine initially, I didn;'t use it for 2 or 3 weeks (was in the cradle and it is fully charged), cannot turn it on at all, red ring just flashed 3 times. I've tried everything.

Any solution or should I go through all the hassle and waste my time to call sony and ask for replacement (sorry, I am really irrritated by it, I do not buy official products just to find out they are broken after a couple of weeks for no reason at all, I didn't touch the headset for last 3 weeks)

I took it back to GAME, and got a replacement - new one is doing things the last one didn't (all the on-screen features didn't appear when using my last one). It's working fine, so maybe it was just a bad batch
Good headset though

It bloody well is when you've ordered it online!!! It's like trying to get blood from a stone. I've had mine for 8 months now and I've probably used it about 15 times during that period. You just don't expect offical products to just stop working for now reason, makes you wonder why you pay the extra money.

If this happens again its worth deleting the device from accessorys and they syncing again via USB cable. I have my fingers crossed you dont have any probs Seedy
