I'm planning on getting a Vita but I can still get behind this suggestion.

I have a Vita and still wish there was more functionality in the PSN App. It's great that we have one now but what I really want is the ability to buy content on it and to remotely start downloads through it. I pretty much never have my Vita with me while I'm out but always have my phone in my pocket.
