i just wanted some questions to be asked...so let get me right i buy the ps3 and dont have the same rights as other people because i cant use ps store..so i would have to yet X YEARS to get acces to ps store??

Haha dont make me smile everbody is doing this but they arent buying psn cards...THEY ARE UPLOADING MONEY FROM CREDIT CARDS....you can blindfold your eyes as much as you want but every 2 user of ps store is doing this so dont lecture me because i can bet you are doing the same stuff..

Go away. Seriously. Creating an account for a region you don't live in, for whatever reasons, is against the T&C's set out by Sony. Nobody is saying they haven't done it, or that other don't do it. We are saying these are the official forums for SCEE and what you are asking for help on, is against the T&C's.

Now stop posting on the official forums asking for help that is not going to come.

If Slovenia does not have a PS Store you dont have any option other than to contact Sony Customer Service in your country (assuming it exists) and asking them if there are any plans to introduce it or allow you to use another one.

As McNeilio stated, making PSN accounts in regions of the world that you don't live in are aganist SCEE's terms and conditions.
