Hi there. 

I got my dazzle capture card the other day, 2 RCA cables and 3 Female Y-Splitters. plugged them all in, no problem. Then, plugged the dazzle capture card into my computer, and it doesn't even come up! In my dazzle capture card I have the white cable, the yellow and the red cable. But no S-Video.

God knows where I get the S-video from. Could anybody help?

Dose the 20£ Capture card record your vocie. If so, dose it record other players voices. For example, me and my freind want to do comintary on sr3. If I bought one would it record both voices(froM headsets). A reply would be really helpfully. Thank you.

Capture cards only Record The TV feed. 

So no they do not record your voice as they only record the TV audio.

You need a Audio mixer box This is how Voice overs work with the commentry dubbed over the video and game audio with a mixer to balance the voice levels...
