Can anyone properly try this for me? I shall take a picture of the wierd things it decides to put an odd blue on but it seems to be wood and fabrics with tiny holes in.

How are you viewing the camera footage? Through the XMB, system settings for the camera?

Right, just done the same thing and everything looked fine... Give me something I can use to test. What are you seeing massive differences in colour on?

Wood is a good one. If you have wooden beams on your bed would be good to use. Speaker covers that go over them seems to be a good one also. Try out different sports shorts?

You did buy ya PS eye with the move yeah?

Re: PS3 Eye - problems with colors, picture is Vivid Blue?

I have my PS3 setup in the living room mate, so a bed isn't close by. I do however have wooden hardwood floors throughout the house and they look perfectly fine. My speaker covers are grey, and look fine on the camera as well.

Blacks are black. Greys are grey and wood looks like wood.

No, I got my camera ages ago.

Ok, I guess I can't use yours as an example then as it seems only the new ps eyes are affected. Thanks for the effort though.

No worries mate. Seems that there are a fair few faulty cameras then. Can you not get a refund on the camera and buy one separate to test?

Problem is I bought from Tesco as part of the starter kit. They are also not initially in stock at the moment so reason why I am trying to properly investigate this as it could be a couple of days before I get it back. As it seems tesco homeplus doesn't stock it and its just delievered to each store on a per customer basis.
