i need your help with capturing gameplay on PS3. my scrren freezes then continues as its recording can you tell me the problem plus i installed a audio on it and i don't hear nothing

Easy Cap is terrible if you are looking for a cheap alternative have a look at Roxio Game Capture it works great for me for recording and editing, if you have no funds just put ps3 easy cap setup in youtube.

I use easy cap, NOT great but did the job, ( saving a few goals/gaffs on PES)

1. What programe you using ?

(the standard one is rubbish)

I use Power Director.

2. What your PC specs like ?

I only have a single core 3.2ghz but does the job , JUST ... lol

Well yea if you Over power the editor You will need higher CPU. 

The original Programs are for LOW powered CPU. and low quality capture with 1.4ghz CPU

Different OS use up more CPU power as well.

Thats why small print states that you should have A 2.4ghz CPU(W7)/1.8ghz (MAC)for capturing the SD feed.

Never mind the Conversion times which are never posted on any products.

Heres and example of what a 1.6ghz CPU can do with enough Over night time.

Download and play on PS3 with the direct link from the PS3 browser you will get automatic download request.
