PS3 Stereo Headset hearing microphone through speakers now...

Since updating to the latest PS3 firmware I now hear my own voice when using the PS3 Stereo Headset...

 

I basically hear every sound my Mic picks up through the headset speakers...

 

Even when I mute the Mic, the Mic still appears to be engaged as I can hear a faint feedback sound and also I hear sounds the Mic is picking up...

 

Checked all settings etc everything fine...

 

Has to be a bug with latest firmware as only started noticing this after the update...

 

Anyone else?

Yes I get the same thing. I turn it on and I can clearly hear my own voice coming from my headset. Tried resetting and did nothing. I've also heard audio cutting out every few minutes. I can't even play with until it's fixed.

why do some ppl think that this was a bug? My P11 allows for talk-back.
