I registered my account to be On region USA, but i moved to the UK, i bought Mass Effect 3 and the online pass code doesnt work thanks to the region im registered at, I don't want to create a new account because this one ahs all the trophies all the ranks and levels for games, I really dont understand why i cant change my region, i dont understand why PSN would make it not available for people to change their region.

yes it is a pain and sony should do it, but with all this region loack out on DLC and codes it may not be easy to do.

Not just DLC but Applications, IPTV services and Bonus regional content.

Would also have to be filtered and then erased from all accounts that are no longer at location as you Lose access when you leave that location.

You can MAKE a UK account because you are in UK now.

Online pass for Mass effect 3 is not USER ID locked only one user needs to use it for all PS3 users ID on that PS3 to be able to play it.

Vidzone for example is not the same service in every country. 

You won't be able to use ANY USA account bonuses that have an IP address filter on them.

Amazon, NO, PSN film store, NOT via US ID. only UK ID and no Video unlimited is also blocked. VUDU NO. they all have IP address filters, Hulu NOPE,.All blocked.
