Arathane wrote:Yeah, ive been using play for free games on the PC for ages (ie: Champions Online: Free for All, Battlefield: Heroes, Battlefield: Play4Free, etc.) so it wasnt a huge surprise. I dont like the idea of having to pay for the trophies though. now i have another 0% entry on my trophy list. Unless i like it of course, and that depends on if i can actually get into the game!. At least its fairly cheap and they offer a lifetime subscription. id much rather pay $35 for a lifetime subscription than pay $10-$20 per month like other MMOs do.
I do have to admit that paying for trophies is crazy. I could understand having a few that need a subscription but to get no trophies seems a little silly. Shouldn't be a deal breaker for anyone though - chose games over throphies anyday

Arathane whats your name for Battlefield play 4 free I am going to download it tonight.
And also do u mind if I add u to my PSN?
Yeah I used to play wow and its not really that expensive. Most people who play MMO's dont play any other game so really $15 a month for hours of gameplay is a bargain. Think about it you would spend $100 - $200 a month on new games maybe? while wow players pay $15 a month.
But the PS3 drew me back so I quite wow lol. And really you get to try before you buy, if u like it then buy it, if not then dont.

Yeah sure, you can add me on PS3. I dont really play BF Play4free anymore. Seems they have done something to the servers. I could play with very little lag on my old connection, which was arguably one of the worst connections in australia, but since i updated the other day i cant seem to stay in a match without getting kicked because of "High Ping" even though my net speed is now 6x faster than it was before ![]()

Free Realms really lives up to its very title. In this fantastic virtual world rendered in 3D, we can really enjoy ourselves to heart’s contend. At first glance, we won’t be possibly wrong to say it’s a game developed with kids in mind; yet a few minutes’ dabble in it, I find myself, far too old to be called Kid, won over by the delightful and spirit-lifting gameplay.
