PSP GO Free games

Hello all.... I have bought my son a PSP Go which i could download 10 free games onto. I read that the code you need could take upto a month to come through so i activated it on my PSN account. What i didn't know is that when you first turn on the PSP Go, you have to register that same account! Now i have 3 of the 10 games on my PS3 but cant download the rest because they only download directley onto the PSP. Obviousley my son activated the PSP on his account but now i cant get the other games.... Sorry if this is confusing...Tried my best to explain!!!... Any suggestions??????
