Re: PlayStation 4 Concept Design

Makes me laugh so many people have no clue of what technology actually does exist out there. Really guys and gals, you have to read some of the tech papers and stay away from gaming sites to get a real feel of what our guys in the labs have invented.

There are full sized trains with carriages that float in the air thus allowing the go well over 300MPH and that speed is limited!!! - Shanghai, China
There are power sources that require no leads at all, TVs work without being connected to any sort of device. It's Electric Wifi created in 2003!!
Artists are creating images using individual atoms since the late 1990's!!!
Breathable air is being regenerated from Carbon Dioxide at rate of 1000 times more efficiently than tree's in submarines since the 1960's.
There is galss so strong that steel of equal size will bend before the glass shatters, used on ISS and Space Shuttle.
There are metalic liquids that can be shaped into rigid and solid structures with the appliance of a small current, possibly revolutionising temporary buildings.
The Ion Drive actually does exist. It is already the fastest moving object created by man, surpassing the 29,000mph record set by Voyager 1 in it's first year. And this probe is still accelerating and always will until it's gas fuel runs out.

PlayStation 4 Concept Design

The clear blacking has been used on a phone before. I'm sure it was samsung or some company like that. What not to say, with more technology to play with, the backing displayed in the concept picture will happen. True, most concept designs don't turn out how they expected, but I'm sure if they put their minds to it (and if the xbox 720 turns out like the concept) they'd be turning the heads of many xbox and nintendo fans. The only problem I see with this is the left and right buttons on the controller. The controllers looks awesome BTW, but by losing the R1, R2, L1 and L2 buttons does kinda loose the originality of the playstation. But by the looks of it, it's gotta be better than the xbox controller, bloody hell. The xbox console looks like something out of predator and the controller looks like a mutated wasp D: wouldn't want to hold that whilst playing COD9 or forza 4. Overall, I'm sure the PS4 will look good what ever they decide to do, really (as long as they don't follow the xbox concept plans ;D)

Yeah, welcome to the forums but btw ?#@*&%! :Argh:

Concept designs are never how they turn out in reality. The picture below is a concept design for a nuclear powered Cadillac.

I don't know why they bother. I can't exactly see the average person driving to tesco in one of these.

PS4 concept designs will be no different.
