I was very dubious about PS+.

I was in a similar predicament to the OP, the cons seemed to ring loder in my noggin than the pro's.

However, I was really looking forward to a game called Hydrophobia.

Then PS+ offered it as a freebie at the same time as the "12 gifts of Xmas" promotion (basically 12 old PS+ freebies if you signed up for plus that month). I subscribed, taking the 3 month option as someone suggested earlier in this thread and I have renewed since.

The auto-updates and cloud saves make it a worthy investment (imo) alone.

The free stuff just gets better each month at the moment.

Anyone who has lost a lengthy time investment in Demon Souls due to YLOD will appreciate the cloud saves!

So, what you're saying Hunnybun, is that if it's a normal unlocked save (like the majority of games), I can squirt it to 'Teh Cloud', them wander upstairs with my mug of tea and download it straight away to the PS3 in the bedroom for warm duvet gaming?

next month we get shank 2, need for speed shift 2 and silent hill 1 free worth it just for that imo. ive had it for about 6 months and i always look forward to content drops worth the 32.99 i payed for it
