wen the men come and collects ur ps3 do you give them the wires, instruction manels and controllers.
could someone answer me asap. as they are collecting mine 2moro. this would be appricated

This service is an absolute disgrace. I wasnt able to speak to an adviser for at least 15minutes then when i eventually got through to someone he was an unpleasant, unpolite adviser but, i went on with my problem so i explained everything and he asked have i rang before i said yes and he asked details. After i'd done all this i was put on hold for a few more minutes. He then comes back and asks so what's the problem again? After i'd spend about 5mins explaining it before. So i told him again and he said ok right. He then said ok 1 second i need to speak to my manager ill just put you on hold for a minute. Then all i hear is the phone hanging up and the beep tone. So he hung up on me for no reason without solving anything. An absolute disgrace.

Im actually reporting this to Sony as im not happy at all.

My ps3 stoppped reading disks on tuesday, they came and collected it today and left me a brand spanking new one. A great customer service.

Kingjed, Playsation directlty doesn't have an extended warranty policy but is linked to a company called Domestic and General who do, best to call the playstation careline for a few details...

Well my PS3 has just swallowed my Oblivion disk and is refusing to spit it out Tried a forced-eject but still wont come out. You can hear the mechanism juddering but nothing happens, so it looks like im gonna have to ring up for a repair/replacement Question is, will they send me back my Oblivion disc?? (they damn well better!)

Just phoned them and they are sending a replacement console on Monday (i could've had it tomorrow if someone wud've been at home to swap it over) The guy was very friendly and helpful. Said they would do their best to extricate my Oblivion disk from the console, but if it wasnt possible or it got damaged in the process then they would send me a brand new copy within 28 days Now just need to take out my 250gb disk and put the old one back in and delete all my user accounts etc All in all a pretty painless process so far, unlike the massive hassle and delay of getting my 360 fixed under warranty. 1-0 to Sony!!!
