My first post and it's to say I have had to use this number today...
My PS3 has started to refuse to play my PS2 games. Amazingly, the customer service team we're great, with quick solutions to my problems and even rang me back after 45mins of me being on the phone to them. Eventually we decided on me sending the console back to them for repair but I didn't mind too much because of their attitude over the phone.

So a from me for SONY customer services...

ive had a replacement ps3. and tbh i dont know if its new or not. it sure looks it
anyways thanks for number. used twice. 1 - psp network number, 2 - replacement ps3

Glad you had a better experience with Sony customer services than I did. Here's hoping my own experience was a one-off.

phoned them today, easily the best customer services i've come across had to wait about 10 minutes but they sorted everything out straight away with no messing about

Never had to call sony help,
not for my PS1, PS2, PSP or now PS3. (Hopefully never will)
My brother got an xbox 360 for christmas a few years back, he got the 'Ring Of Death' the first time he put it on, after having been excited about his new console for christmas.
Eventually he just had to take it back to the store, don't think we ever even got through to speak to microsoft.
I find it amazing that an xbox dies first time it's used and yet my old school PlayStation One, which has been abused in every possible way tbh, still runs as well as it did when I bought it.

well after 30 mins on the phone to them and £3 spent (with the 01923 number, thanks for that! ) they're gona send me out a 'reconditioned' PS3. They dont have any new 60GB models anymore. The lady was very helpful athough couldnt seem to grasp the fact that i didnt have a landline phone here at uni lets just wait for the new one to screw up lol
