Playstation just shut down, major crisis, now having to talk to my wife HELP MEEEEE

Just been playing MW3 and it just shut down on me. The light just started flashing red and is doing nothing. If I push the switch again it goes to a solid red light. Then when I try and turn it on it beeps and flashes like it is going to start, then a yellow light flashes and it just shuts down leaving the red light flashing again.
