Pre-Order Code Redeeming Problem

So i put my codes from Tiger Woods 13 into the redeem part of the store, everything is fine and the store tells me that the codes are working, but they don't  go on to the game. It strikes me as weird as i've tried it with two codes and  the codes are being redeemed but they are not downloading the extras to my account or onto the game.

 

Any ideas?
