I believe some analysis on her possible motivations is worthwhile here
Positives
She played the games you have been playing because
a. she likes gaming
b. she sees you like them and wants to share your experiences
c. she likes those games
d. she didnt realise that when logged in as you her progress would record against your PSN ID
Negatives
She played the games you have been playing because
a. she is fed up of you playing those games so thought she would finish them for you
b. she realised it would effect your PSN id trophy list when logged in as you and wanted to upset you for some reason
c. she wants attention
These are all possibilities which none of us can advise you on what her motivations where, however I suggest you tackle it extremely carefully to see if you can figure out which of those it was. I wouldnt ask her directly about the negatives unless you want a major row..
