sony may use a third party delivery service but they themselves constanlty assured me of dates it would come, saying it was listed as priority, so i took days of work and it still never came, also most of the time they could not locate the device and the staff constantly told me lies, 

also i would not demmand a free replacement at all, but 150 quid for a console that is not even new is very ridiculous, i believe a price closer to around 80 would be more sufficent, also with regard to sonys customer service i believe in the psn outage highlighted sonys poor communication with its customers, game developers insomniac have one of the best communication i can think of with constand updates regard the issues and fixes in the R3 beta, so a good shout out goes to them

Sony collected my Ps3 the day after i phoned themim now on my fourth consolegetting a refurb for 125 quid(i think thats what i was charged last time)aint to bad a price imo but a 3mth warranty is woefull,its as if they have no confidence in the fix lasting for much longer than that period,or why so short?

sony customer services are excellent .......yeah right ! ,

they wouldnt even abide to their warranty on a 3 month old psp which broke
