Hi guys, I have used ShopTo before but not for preorders and because it is my first time preordering with them I just wanted to know if they take money from my bank straight away as I had noticed today that about £37 has been taken out. It is a very noobish question coming from me but I would like to confirm that I have paid already or something has gone wrong somehwere within my bank/account.

they only take money out of ur account if u pre-paid for ur order....or it has been sent.

What game have you pre ordered? Also shopto.net have a pay now option for pre orders. So maybe you clicked that by mistake?

I think payment upon placement of the preorder is mandatory if you use paypal. I'm not sure about credit/debit cards though.

Since Moabs question has been answered, can I ask one. Do Shopto always confirm a pre-order via email? I placed Skyrim on pre-order the moment it was listed but have received no confirmation, although it shows as pre-order on my account.

Pre ordered resistance from shopto.net and the took money just before dispatch and it also arrived  1 day earlier. I am going to use shopto.net for some more of my pre orders.

Hi. You should check your emails as they send you emails when confirming payment & sending the items.
