Sony Playstation Customer Service Appreciation Post!

Hey guys I know this my be a weird thing but it's true. Playstation truly has one of the best customer services! And I personally though that we can share each other's experiences on our customer service experience And what we think of it. Here's My opinion:

 

I Think Playstation Customer service was GREAT! They answered my phone call instantly, And asked me what the problem was And where always re-assuring me. They asked me for a few details And where friendly. They help me solve my problem straight away! I cannot thank them enough.

Customer service have always been awesome with me on the whole. The only issue I have with them sometimes is the fact that I have 3 PS3 and 5 PSPs. When my main Slim PS3 got stolen they found it hard to believe that I had so many consoles. I guess they thought I was account sharing...

Well, i seem to be of a different opinion then, although in past experience they have been okay my latest phone call to them was pretty bad. Started off this past saturday when i reported my YLOD PS3 to them...firstly the guy was incredibly dumb he made me constantly repeat what i was saying, so i know he recorded certain details incorrectly, i was told to expect a call back within 48 hrs to finalise the exchange as im a continuous play customer. So i waited patiently for over 2 days an guess what? no phone call..i rang them today and this new guy tells me im not on there system im like WOW how can this be ive had 4 PS3's replaced from you, so after a lengthy wait he returns to say someone has recorded Michael as MichEal on there file, a common name cannot be spelled correctly by a Playstation member of staff lol.He explained that someone tried calling me so im like when an to what number? to which he didnt have an answer. They didnt call me because my mobile had no missed calls and my work number is manned 24/7. All in all a 40 minute phone call, before people slate me for this post im usually easy going about this kinda stuff but on this occasion they ***** me off.

same here first time i rang up my ps3 was under warrenty they said put it in a bag n we will collect it and give me a new system. they said they will come at 8 m they was there at 8 am on the dot. secand time i had to pay but still got the same care that i did the first quick easy simple!! 10/10 all the way thank you sony !!

My experience with Customer Service was all good, August 2009 my launch 60gb YLOD'd, had to wait a few days as there were no replacements available under Cont Play at that time but apart from that a painless service. As with all call centres a lot depends on who you get as to the service you receive...
