I wonder if we will see this here in Australia, say at EB Games or GAME Surround Sound System

There's a difference between "surround sound" and 5.1ch surround sound.........

Yep. Exactly right Gavsta. This might be a cheap option, but it's not multi-channel surround.

There's no way they should be advertising this as "the equivalent of a home theatre system".

Yeah there's a fine line there.....

It may be the the "equivalent of a home theatre system" but the fact remains....

It's not 5.1 or multi channel..........big difference !!

That may be suitable for a bedroom - but it needs less trademarked phrases and invented words, and more speakers to be taken seriously...
